  2. Defective or Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged or has a defect, please contact us within 7 days. We will gladly arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference.

  4. Shipping Costs: For returns due to defects or damages, we will cover the return shipping costs. If you are returning an item for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

  5. Condition of Returned Items: Please ensure that the item is returned in its original condition, including any packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the artwork shows signs of damage or wear.

  6. Refunds: Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund or replacement within 7 business days.

Shipping Policy

Thank you for your interest in our art! We want to ensure you have a smooth and pleasant experience when it comes to receiving your order. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping process:

Shipping Schedule

  • Shipping Days: We ship orders every Tuesday and Thursday. Orders placed before 12 PM MST on these days will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped on the next scheduled shipping day.

Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days. If you place your order on a shipping day (Tuesday or Thursday) before 12 PM MST, it will be shipped out that day. Otherwise, it will be shipped on the next scheduled shipping day.

Shipping Methods

  • We use USPS to deliver your artwork safely. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped, so you can easily follow its journey to you.

International Shipping

  • We currently do not offer international shipping unfortunately it is something that we are looking to eventually be able to do in the future.
